Role Overview
End-to-end sales responsibility: Manage the entire sales cycle from strategic initial acquisition to successful contract closure in the Central Germany region
C-level networking: Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with hospital executives, chief physicians and therapy leads on an equal footing
Confident product presentation: Conduct effective consultative meetings and live product demos — both onsite in hospitals and in digital settings
Analytical market monitoring: Continuously analyze competitive trends across Central Germany to derive tailored sales strategies
Presence at industry events: Represent Caspar Health at regional trade shows and networking events to actively acquire new customers
Revenue and growth focus: Reactivate dormant pipeline opportunities to put the Central region on a sustainable path to success
Requirements
Healthcare industry network: 3–5 years of professional sales experience, ideally with a clear focus on HealthTech, medical devices or pharmaceuticals
Strong C-level communication: Confident negotiation skills and experience engaging directly with senior decision-makers in the healthcare sector
Ability to explain complex solutions: Skill in clearly and convincingly communicating the combination of a digital platform and our interdisciplinary therapy team, highlighting value for clients and patients
"Hunter" mentality with empathy: A closing-oriented sales approach characterized by strong ownership, with the medical benefit for patients always remaining the priority
High willingness to travel: Flexibility for approximately 60–80% travel activity within Central Germany to stay close to decision-makers
Language proficiency: Negotiation-level, native-equivalent German and good English for internal communication
