Address critical scalability, reliability and delivery challenges
Improve the recruitment ecosystem by creating synergies with stakeholders (France Travail, Training, Employment)
Develop complex features, maintain critical systems and design robust, scalable and evolvable architectures
Improve delivery quality and speed through modern practices (TDD, CI/CD, AI tooling)
Collaborate with Product to prioritize high-impact initiatives and act as the technical reference for your areas
Actively contribute to integrating AI into products and engineering practices

5 to 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with strong technical expertise
Very hands-on, with the ability to own and deliver complex end-to-end topics
User
and impact-driven: you understand the product and business trade-offs behind your technical choices
Comfortable working in demanding environments with critical, high-volume systems
Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and a desire to actively help transform how products are built
Enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow, without necessarily being a manager
