Development, management and optimization of ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and optionally Programmatic/DV360)
Ongoing analysis of data, KPIs and customer journeys – deriving optimization and testing ideas
Management of budgets, audience strategies and funnel setups
Proactive consulting on campaign architecture, creatives, audiences, tracking and landing pages
Regular coordination, standing meetings and presentations of learnings & recommendations
Preparation of monthly reports including insights, clear summaries and strategic recommendations
Close collaboration with the ads team on new trends, strategies, AI approaches and best practices
Opportunity to contribute to webinars, whitepapers or thought‑leadership content

Experience in digital/performance marketing (agency or in‑house)
Strong knowledge in at least one of the following: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads or Programmatic
Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for KPIs, data and testing
Excellent communication skills, customer focus and a consultancy mindset
Structured working style, solution orientation and eagerness for professional development
Confident use of tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and optionally Looker Studio
Open to AI tools for research, optimization, QA and structuring
Residence in North Rhine‑Westphalia (NRW) or willingness to work regularly in Cologne (especially during the first 6 months)
