Designing campaigns for clients and optimizing them on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
Developing and refining B2B social ads strategies
Monitoring campaign performance and deriving learnings from results
Responsible for project management and acting as the client contact
Contributing to internal initiatives such as workshops, process optimizations, and blog posts
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in social ads
Focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Experience in project management and client-facing roles
Strong experience with tools and systems such as Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and Salesforce
Analytical mindset
Articulate with a good command of German
Excellent command of English
Strong team spirit and motivation
