Ensure the successful delivery of projects by monitoring schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
Actively support sales initiatives by participating in estimates, planning, and proposal definition
Develop and maintain detailed work plans, ensuring deliveries are within scope and on schedule
Communicate status clearly and continuously to stakeholders
Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor financial performance and produce reports to support decision-making
Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, including internal resources and partners
Promote alignment, engagement, and efficient use of available resources
Manage client expectations by building strong, trusting relationships
Drive project closure in accordance with established agreements

Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology
Experience working in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management
Good understanding of contracts, financial terms, and commercial impacts
Experience with Microsoft tools (Microsoft Project, Teams and the Microsoft ecosystem)
Familiarity with traditional and/or agile methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Agile)
Experience managing distributed and multicultural teams
Advanced or fluent English
Experience with international projects
Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master or similar)
Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to support management and productivity
Knowledge of Microsoft solutions and digital transformation projects
