Work alongside senior engineers and customers to deliver Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching solutions.
Participate in customer meetings to understand needs and map customer outcomes to project scope.
Support deployment, configuration, and migration of Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching solutions.
Build and use lab environments to resolve issues, validate solutions, and follow quality standards.
Co-develop project deliverables, migration plans, and customer-facing documentation.
Contribute to team intellectual capital through reusable templates, lessons learned, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of related networking experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience, up to 3 years).
Active CCNA certification.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching technologies (Catalyst switches, ISR/ASR routers, IOS-XE).
Working knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and core LAN/WAN technologies.
Experience in troubleshooting production network
Exposure to at least one of the following: Cisco SD-Access or Cisco SD-WAN/Meraki.
