Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product line
Lead portfolio-level prioritization across growth, retention, platform, and innovation work
Define the long-term direction of the product line and translate that direction into a clear operating plan
Use customer insight, product data, competitive intelligence, and market trends to identify opportunities
Be deeply customer-oriented and spend time with customers and internal stakeholders
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product strategy is grounded in market reality
Lead the product organization through the full lifecycle of strategy, discovery, roadmap planning, execution, launch, and iteration
Build, lead, and develop a strong team of product leaders and product managers

10+ years of product management experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing product teams
Proven experience owning a meaningful product business or product line with material revenue responsibility
Strong track record of defining strategy, translating it into execution, and delivering measurable business results
Deep customer empathy paired with strong analytical thinking and sound commercial judgment
Ability to operate at both the strategic and operational levels
Strong communication and influence skills
Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a high-growth environment
