Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation.
Select suppliers through qualification processes.
Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards.
Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed.
Support the supplier selection & on-boarding process including assessment of supplier’s capacity and technical & manufacturing capabilities.
Support supplier assessment and development by participation in pre-purchase order award meetings, contributing to supplier performance ratings.
Team with engineering in leading supplier project kick-off meetings.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Materials or Quality Engineering, or equivalent technical field from an accredited university or college.
12+ year working experience in quality, operations/supply chain or project management, preferably in Power Generation industry, with proficiency to understand technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
Decision maker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to suppliers (up to 70%).
Proven experience to define/delegate and coordinate mission-based tasks.
Capacity to organize working time in global team setting and willingness to adjust it based on meetings with stakeholders in different time zones.
