Role Overview
- Responsible for marketing and launch initiatives of the Medtronic portfolio, including Coronary and Renal Denervation.
- Acts as a liaison between the Global Operating Units in building and executing the strategy for both downstream and upstream activities.
- Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
- Responsibilities may also include coordinating trade show activities, e-catalogue, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in medical device is required.
- Strong business acumen and strategic agility
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Collaborative, team orientation mindset with proven ability to successfully work in a highly complex matrix environment
