Ensure the delivery of Talent Acquisition services & metrics to meet hiring strategy
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for all entry level and assigned openings & provide regular recruitment updates and tracking reports to stakeholders
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates
Lead and participate in career fairs, campus engagement initiatives, and recruitment events to build strong talent pipelines, particularly for entry-level hiring
Drive and continuously enhance employer branding initiatives across multiple channels (e.g. social media, job platforms, campus outreach) to position the organization as an employer of choice
Collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling employer value propositions and recruitment marketing campaigns
Partner with HRBP and C&B teams to propose competitive, market-aligned offers following HR policies and procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs
Provide expert talent advisory to the business, offering insights and recommendations
Requirements
5+ years' experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role ideally within a fast-paced, diverse organization
Recruiting in supply chain and logistics industry is a plus
Experience in organizing and managing career fairs, campus hiring, or recruitment events
Proven track record in driving employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies
Experience of working on mass hiring is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
Expertise in various direct candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching)
