As part of a dynamic team based in Lausanne and Zurich, you will assist the Finance Director in shaping and monitoring budgetary policy.
You will also be proactive in proposing possible corrective actions and ensuring their follow-up.
Analyze and present reports in French, English and, ideally, German.
Monitor and analyze the economic and financial data of business units and projects.
Implement analytical tools to support the Finance Director in decision-making.
Propose and follow up on any corrective actions that may be necessary.

Degree in finance (accounting or management/control).
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Detail-oriented, accurate and able to work independently, with a strong team spirit.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proactive, positive and contributing to a healthy team dynamic.
Ideally experienced in a project-oriented environment.
Strong skills in budgeting, reporting and financial analysis.
Advanced Excel skills (modeling) and experience with reporting tools (Lucanet, Power BI, etc.).
Comfortable with technology and motivated to develop your skills in this area.
Experience in an international organisation is an asset, as is knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Hyperion/Oracle and IFRS standards.
Professional fluency in French and English; German is an asset.
