Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects, including planning, execution, control, and delivery;
Work closely with Development, Architecture, and Support teams;
Translate business needs into feasible technical requirements;
Manage timelines, risks, and inter-project dependencies;
Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders;
Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, architectural guidelines, and technology best practices;
Monitor KPIs and success metrics for deployed AI projects;
Stay up-to-date on AI trends in the telecommunications sector.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in managing technology projects, preferably with a focus on AI/ML;
Experience in the telecommunications sector is highly valued;
General knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies (programming is not required, but you should understand how they work);
Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.);
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Critical thinking and the ability to follow and support technical solutions;
Strategic, results-oriented mindset;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Collaborative leadership and team motivation abilities;
Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
