Deliver fast, efficient service to new and existing clients

Manage end-to-end onboarding and applications for Deposits clients
Perform AML/CTF, KYC and CDD risk assessments with accuracy and judgement
Process documentation and accounts promptly, ensuring precision and compliance
Use workflow tools to track workload and maintain visibility for stakeholders
Conduct client reviews in line with policy and monitor account performance
Partner with stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives
Build strong internal relationships across the organisation
Maintain strict compliance with regulatory, audit and bank requirements
Provide responsive administrative and client support as needed
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or within banking, finance or agriculture (as a guide).
Ability to interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks and other associated operational tasks.
Strong understanding of risk analysis in AML/CTF and KYC requirements.
Possess a strong understanding of client structures.
Experience working within a customer service environment.
Strong knowledge of Deposits.
Strong communication at all levels both written and verbal.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external clients.
Capacity to work towards timeframe and manage client expectations.
Developed planning and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work effectively with no supervision and within a team environment.
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or related discipline.
