Lead regional Commissioning and Quality programmes across multiple concurrent construction projects
Develop and implement standardised commissioning plans, schedules, and delivery frameworks
Oversee pipeline planning to inform resource allocation and execution strategy
Partner with Construction, Operations, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
Act as senior point of contact for customer engagement during commissioning
Present progress against commissioning milestones, including RFS readiness
Lead resolution of escalations to maintain stakeholder confidence and delivery outcomes
Drive adherence to commissioning standards, governance, and best practices
Own commissioning reporting across projects, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Requirements
Significant data centre commissioning experience in mission-critical environments
Proven leadership across large, complex construction programmes
Strong technical expertise in electrical and/or mechanical systems
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
