Work closely with teams to improve and adapt a blended delivery approach
Facilitate all Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and facilitate the transition to agile practices
Provide transparency and visibility into the team's progress and deliverables through clear reporting and metrics
Collaborate with the wider Europe technology and business change teams to embed new ways of working and drive a shift in culture
Lead the implementation of agile delivery tools and practices

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM, PSM)
Knowledge of Agile mindset and practices
Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with agile collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
Knowledge of scaled Agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Less, Scrum@Scale) is a plus
Good written and verbal English communication skills, additional languages (German, French, Spanish, or Dutch) is a plus
