Role Overview
- own the Knowledge Management environment end to end
- define its architecture and establish governance
- build and implement AI agent integrations
- drive the adoption of technology solutions and workflow automation tools
- develop metrics and analytics to track knowledge usage and platform health
Requirements
- deep operational expertise gained within a corporate legal, risk or compliance department or a specialised legal operations environment
- hands-on experience with Confluence (or similar)
- successful experience leading the selection, implementation, and management of AI technology solutions
- capability to analyse and translate metrics into clear strategic insights
- outstanding communication skills for building trusted relationships
- highly collaborative approach to navigate change
