Responsible for project management and implementation of the FWWC2027 uniform program, including issuance operations that support both workforce and volunteers
Ensure all FIFA27 workforce have uniforms in accordance with the entitlement and usage matrix
Collaborate effectively with key FIFA Zurich and FIFA27 stakeholders, including Workforce Planning, Volunteer Management, Host City Management, Logistics, Accreditation, and Partnership Rights Delivery
Develop strategy, processes, and workflows for the complete project plan of the FWWC2027 uniform program, identifying risks and mitigation measures throughout
Create the operational plan: configure affiliated systems, identify functional distribution spaces, engage stakeholders, and contract local suppliers to deliver the FWWC2027 uniform program across all Uniform Distribution Centers
Oversee the FIFA27 uniform budget, including producing accurate forecasts for each FIFA27-related event (e.g., FWWC2027 Draw)
Manage relationships with external uniform suppliers as required, ensuring compliance with the Framework Agreement and enforcing contractual obligations
Recruit, train, and manage the uniforms team (both staff and volunteers) during planning and delivery phases, ensuring best practices are defined and a consistent service level is maintained across all Uniform Distribution Centers
Manage stock levels and maintain up-to-date records of each uniform item during pre-tournament (e.g., business casual or formal items required for side events) and tournament periods
Communicate the agreed FIFA27 Uniform Guidelines and Usage Policy at each FIFA tournament and event
Ensure uniform guidelines are upheld and enforced for all client groups, including FIFA formal uniform eligibility
Plan uniform distribution for all FWWC2027-related events, such as the Final Draw
Work with relevant FIFA27 stakeholders to provide guidance to suppliers who are not entitled to tournament-dedicated uniforms
Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the FWWC2027 uniform operations.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in uniform management; experience with mega (sports) events and corporate organizations is preferred
Excellent people manager with the ability to motivate, inspire, and drive results through others
Knowledge of event planning and event project management processes
Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
