About this role

Own end-to-end design execution across key product areas
Contribute to team excellence by participating in critiques, sharing knowledge, and proactively improving design processes
Apply human-centered design methods to solve complex user problems
Work independently or collaboratively with other designers in a demanding Agile environment
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
Craft thoughtful interaction patterns, visual designs, and scalable components aligned with design systems

Experience with product development or experience design background
Foundation in design research, UX, interaction and visual design
Experience in designing web and mobile applications
Experience of working on iOS and/or Android native apps is a plus
Experience of launching or relaunching a product to market and optimizing performance over time
Experience in directly planning and facilitating formative and evaluative research (e.g. one-to-one interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc)
Experience working with and building out design systems for responsive web and/or app
Experience working with AI tools to improve workflows, research and prototyping
