Participate in brainstorms, creative meetings, and cross-disciplinary exchanges with various agency teams
Support the creation of copy for social media, scripts, captions, and creative executions
Adapt content while respecting each brand’s tone of voice and identity
Monitor posts and support basic performance and engagement analysis
Support the construction of editorial calendars and content planning
Research trends, cultural conversations, creators, memes, and formats relevant to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and X
Contribute ideas, references, and fresh perspectives to agency projects

Be at least 18 years old (anyone above this age can apply)
Be available to be on-site at the São Paulo agency twice a week
Be enrolled in a degree program in Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields
Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), with a contract of up to 2 years, and attending higher education in the evening
Genuine interest in social media, digital behavior, and digital culture
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and X
Strong written communication
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
Curiosity, cultural knowledge, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas
