About this role
Role Overview
Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor for customers, understanding their business context, security posture, and risk landscape
Drive sales and revenue growth for cybersecurity services and solutions, managing opportunities from discovery through closing
Demonstrate a track record in managing sales targets, pipeline and revenue achievement
Qualify customer opportunities around cybersecurity risk, compliance, resilience and emerging threats, translating into business value
Support security assessments, proposals and high-level solution design from a commercial and advisory perspective
Build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C‑level and senior decision makers
Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, frameworks and technologies to position Kyndryl’s offerings effectively in the market
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, or cybersecurity sales roles
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and security frameworks (e.g. NIST, RMF, ISO)
Proven experience in customer-facing roles with commercial responsibility, sales targets or revenue ownership
Ability to articulate cybersecurity risks and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to link security solutions to business outcomes
