Strengthen relationships with existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Proactively address client needs to reduce churn and enhance long-term partnerships.
Allocate approximately 50% of your time to identifying and acquiring new hospitality clients in the eastern area.
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand market presence within your territory.
Work closely with internal teams (technical, service, marketing) and external stakeholders (hotel operations, procurement, sustainability teams) to align solutions with customer goals.
Promote value-added and sustainable cleaning and hygiene innovations.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Utilize digital tools and perform on-site minor adjustments or troubleshooting as needed to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality, cleaning, or hygiene industries.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
A customer-focused mindset, with strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Thailand, including Phuket, Samui and nearby provinces if required by the business.
A strong sense of ownership, drive, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.
