Role Overview
Manage customer inquiries and ensure the smooth processing of shipping documentation.
Develop and implement effective export and import sales strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
Establish and maintain relationships with overseas clients and partners.
Understand and comply with international trade regulations and policies.
Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve targeted sales.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.
Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote products.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
Experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry.
Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation is essential.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
