- Confidence working with senior stakeholders (C-suite / government leaders)
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams
- Bonus: Public sector or government experience
- Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, or analytics
- Knowledge of responsible AI or governance frameworks
- Experience with innovation or experimentation methodologies
