About this role
Role Overview
- Support the operation of the data center, IT systems, and network services, ensuring continuity of critical business processes and the efficient delivery of products and services to customers;
- Provide technical and operational support for internal and external requests;
- Continuously monitor environments and systems, identifying and addressing incidents;
- Respond to service tickets and provide remote support to users;
- Provide support and troubleshooting for network equipment, with a focus on Cisco switches and routers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Networks, Information Technology, or other related areas.
