Support mapping AS-IS/TO-BE processes, identifying automation opportunities (RPA, low-code);
Develop bots and simple flows using tools such as Power Automate, n8n, Claude or Python/VBA to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., invoicing, reporting, approvals);
Participate in SCRUM sprints, creating user stories, testing pilots and documenting digital SOPs;
Gather pain points from internal teams (commercial, finance, operations, etc.) and validate deliveries during reviews;
Monitor automation performance (KPIs: time saved, errors, ROI) and recommend improvements;
Support solution rollouts and provide basic end-user training.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field;
Experience or knowledge in automation (academic projects or internships are acceptable);
Basic process mapping skills (BPMN or flowcharts);
Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;
