Payment Management: Enter fiscal documents into the company’s internal system, ensuring correct categorization and compliance with deadlines.
Financial Follow-up: Work with the finance department to ensure payments are made according to agreed deadlines and supplier terms.
Analysis and Compliance: Identify, report, and address possible inconsistencies or irregularities in invoices, ensuring alignment with tax regulations and internal procedures.
Report Preparation: Create and update periodic reports on invoice status, providing visibility into payment flow and outstanding items.
Operational Support: Provide support to construction teams and the finance department to resolve issues related to the payment process.
Stakeholder Relations: Respond to supplier requests, clarify doubts, and act as a point of contact between the various departments involved in billing and payment processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
Previous experience with administrative routines and invoice control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Attention to detail and ability to handle complex documents and processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage deadlines, terms, and solutions with suppliers and stakeholders, securing favorable agreements for the company.
