About this role
Role Overview
Lead the consultative sales process from the initial qualified contact through to closing;
Conduct frequent commercial visits with customers and prospective clients;
Hold diagnostic/discovery meetings to understand customers' needs, challenges and objectives;
Deliver presentations tailored to the needs identified for each customer;
Prepare and present commercial proposals and customized solutions aligned with each customer's situation;
Manage the opportunity pipeline in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date information and predictable results;
Lead negotiations, align expectations and handle commercial discussions with decision-makers;
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with prospective and active customers;
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, implementation, support, marketing) to ensure process fluidity and a positive customer experience;
Monitor performance KPIs, such as conversion rate, close forecast and others;
Participate in events, demonstrations, presentations and activities that strengthen the company's market presence;
Identify opportunities to improve the commercial process and provide structured feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, Health or related fields);
Experience in B2B consultative sales;
Ability to lead presentations, negotiations and meetings with decision-makers;
Experience with CRM and pipeline management;
Experience selling high-ticket products/services and dealing with multiple stakeholders is a plus;
Prior experience in technology, services or enterprise solutions is an advantage;
Knowledge of the markets and segments served by the company.
