Role Overview
Structuring and expanding the indirect channels strategy
Leading a sales team focused on results, engagement, and professional development
Managing key accounts and leading strategic negotiations
Developing new business models and identifying opportunities for sector expansion
Monitoring KPIs to create predictability and propose continuous improvement initiatives
Working closely with marketing, product, and post-sales teams to ensure a consistent partner and end-customer journey
Requirements
Proven experience in channel management and commercial leadership
Experience building or restructuring partner networks
Understanding of indirect sales dynamics in B2B and/or B2G markets
Resilient and able to influence without direct authority
Capable of representing the company with institutional credibility
Making data-driven decisions
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
