Role Overview
- Support global data privacy strategy for Human Resources function
- Enable the implementation of framework and operate data privacy controls effectively
- Support HR stakeholders to prepare and review Data Privacy cases for management
- Assist in review and approval of Privacy Assessments
- Provide support on governance activities and Data Security management
- Partner with HR functions to support delivery of PIA and controls
- Provide advice on data privacy queries
- Lead workshops and training sessions around data privacy
Requirements
- Experience working in Data related fields
- Ability to influence key stakeholders within HR function
- Attention to detail and ability to draw key information from stakeholders
- Experience supporting large scale and complex global programmes
- Knowledge of risk management in the area of expertise
- Proven track record of delivering on time and to a high level of quality
- Experience working with Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Data Office, and other Risk Stewards
- Proven analytical skills and ability to drive excellence and problem-solving
