Assist in coordinating our in-house talents
Source new collaboration partners, create proposals and manage incoming inquiries
Handle contract negotiations and pricing negotiations with vendors and service providers
Support Artist Managers in developing concepts and content formats for talents
Act as the liaison between talents and our partners, plan assignments and ensure talent well-being
Identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners as well as future formats and shows

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing
Interest in and a good instinct for the latest digital and consumer trends
Proficient with all common social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
