Manage a portfolio of property claims, including material damage matters, ensuring technically accurate, policy-aligned, and commercially sound outcomes within delegated authority.
Oversee the end-to-end claims process, including reserving, exposure management, and participation in mediations, site meetings, and settlement discussions where required.
Deliver exceptional customer and broker service, acting as a key point of contact, building strong relationships, and providing timely, transparent communication on claim progress and outcomes.
Support claims governance and continuous improvement, including reserving accuracy, process optimisation, service provider performance, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to team capability and business outcomes, sharing industry insights, supporting colleagues through coaching and knowledge transfer, and actively participating in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
