Role Overview
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social channels.
- Own the initial stages of the sales cycle, including qualification and discovery.
- Drive meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders to identify pain points and present solutions.
- Pivot quickly during live calls to overcome objections and secure firm commitments.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a high conversion rate from discovery to closed-won.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily activity metrics and monthly pipeline quotas.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales.
- Demonstrated track record of managing high call volumes while maintaining quality.
- Strong closing experience with the ability to move prospects through the funnel effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive edge.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a "hunter" mentality.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed performance KPIs consistently.
- Previous experience selling within the SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with modern CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
