Requirements
Baccalaureate degree
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years of managerial experience; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior relevant experience including 10+ years of managerial experience.
Ability to lead cross-functional organization in a multi-cultural matrix environment with teams located in multiple sub regions.
Ability to build strong partnerships across the organization and influence strategy and decision making.
Ability to build strong partnerships and represent S&R function with customers and external stakeholders (industry partners, regulators, other)
Strategic thinking to develop and execute S&R strategies

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
