About this role

You assist with coordinating our in-house talent
You help identify new collaboration partners, create new proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help realize them
You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, schedule their engagements, and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, prior experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and spoken and written English
