Customer support: Primary point of contact for customers via phone, email and remote access.
Independent intake, processing and documentation of service requests and incidents.
Technical support and system monitoring: Analyze, prioritize and sustainably resolve incidents related to virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.
Proactive monitoring of customer systems and regular health checks.
Identify root causes and derive improvement measures.
Managed services: Plan, execute and control managed services within agreed SLAs.
Participate in change management and consistently document all activities.
Prepare service reports and support continual service improvement (CSI).
Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Professional background: Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or a comparable qualification.
Career changers with relevant practical experience are welcome.

Terms like DNS and DHCP are familiar to you, and you have a solid basic understanding of networking that you can further develop with us in practice.
Virtualization & cloud: Good practical experience with VMware technologies (Broadcom / Omnissa) and knowledge of cloud environments.
Interest in IT security: You are interested in IT security topics and actively apply and deepen this knowledge in day-to-day work.
Technology affinity: Enthusiasm for new technologies and trends, especially in cloud and security, combined with a willingness to keep learning.
Language skills: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
