Maintain a healthy relationship with customers post-implementation
Diagnose, research, and analyse issues related to the platform
Respond promptly to customers' queries and feedback

Requirements
Have at least 1 year of working experience relating to 1 of ERP or financial & accounting software (Odoo, Misa, Lemontree, Fast, Effect, SAP, Exact, Oracle,...)
An infinitely curious and open mind to learn and grow
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Effective in time management and task prioritisation
A genuine passion for delighting customers and willingness to travel for work
Good at English (and Vietnamese is a plus)
Nice to have: Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance productivity, automate tasks, or support business decision-making.
