Provide operational leadership by coordinating procurement, travel, project workflows, and internal systems to meet grant and program deliverables.
Act as the operational backbone of HRPP, ensuring staff are equipped with the tools, contracts, materials, and workflows needed to execute education, outreach, clinical readiness, and quality improvement activities.
Collaborate with program leadership, finance, compliance, evaluation teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with sponsor requirements.
Utilize strong analytical writing skills to synthesize complex clinical and evaluation data into clear, fundable narratives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, business administration, or related field, plus two (2) years of project or program management experience.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Little Rock, AR, or the Greater Northwest, AR, regions, as this position will be located at the UAMS Campus.
Experience managing procurement and travel processes within a complex organization.
Strong organizational and systems-building skills.
Experience working with federally funded programs preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and enterprise systems (e.g., Workday).
