Senior Operations Analyst - Retail Bank Operations

Role Overview

• Manage credit and other account adjustments
• Support credit review process and work adjustments in a timely manner
• Build strong working relationships
• Assist with aged items and escalations
• Participate in cross-training for responsibilities extending to debit adjustments, domestic collections, and other departmental processes
• Execute routine and complex transactions/processes of varying risk and financial value
• Identify and address exceptions and serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions

Requirements

• 3+ years experience
• Associates or equivalent degree
• Knowledge of credit and account adjustments
• Strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to maintain production and quality standards
• Collaboration with internal partners and external financial institutions
