7+ years of experience with mainframe development and support
technologies: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, SQL, MQ, Xpeditor, Endevor or similar source control application
systems analysis
software design principles and software architecture
agile delivery methodologies
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
strong written and verbal communication skills
ability to manage changing priorities
ability to multitask effectively
ability to work in a team environment
being a self-starter
5+ years of experience with large-scale offshore vendor support arrangements
5+ years of healthcare experience in Claim Adjudication, Claim Payment/Banking, Electronic Funds Transfer
