Retail Sales Consultant

Role Overview

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and earn commissions.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Must be flexible and open to change.
• Drive and passion for helping people.
• Ability to create meaningful connections with every customer.
• Must be available to work between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
