3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within mid-market Employee Benefits at an insurance brokerage
Proven experience in people management, with a strong ability to onboard new colleagues, deliver consistent feedback and support professional growth
Strong ability to lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding client service
Experience working with client service platforms and driving process improvements
Excellent communication and coaching skills to build productive relationships internally and externally
Life & Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
BA/BS in business, management, or related field
GBA, CEBS, VBS or other professional insurance designation related to Benefits
