About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) process
- Perform quantitative, qualitative, and semi-quantitative risk management
- Develop risk response plans
- Participate in and/or lead equipment failure analyses
- Define maintenance scope during shutdowns based on risk assessment
- Prepare business cases to support decision-making
- Conduct critical analysis of performance indicators
- Assess the effectiveness of preventive maintenance plans for production equipment
- Manage and optimize spare parts and spare equipment strategy
- Monitor and manage Maintenance Engineering KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Control & Automation or Electrical Engineering
- Solid experience as a Reliability Engineer in large-scale industries such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Food, Mining, or Steel
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and simulation applied to reliability
- Proficiency in reliability methodologies: FMEA, RCM, RAM analysis
- Strong understanding of asset performance metrics: failure rates, MTBF, MTTR
- Experience in asset risk management
- Experience in failure analysis using Proact, ARCA, and 5 Whys
- Advanced proficiency in SAP PM and MM, GE Meridium, @RISK plugin, Power BI, VBA, and Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced or fluent English — reading, writing, and speaking
