About this role
Role Overview
- Provide first-level technical support for all customer service/ teleport operation, installation, and maintenance processes at South Mountain Earth Station, Somis, California.
- Coordinate team shift and task schedules.
- Fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of the radio-frequency (RF) equipment
- Perform component-level troubleshooting required on High-Power Amplifiers and other equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repair on satellite antenna systems.
- Assist the site manager in daily operations oversight as required.
Requirements
- 3 years of satellite communication technical experience is preferred
- 3 years of teleport/earth station experience is preferred
- Technical or military training in electronics or communication systems
