About this role
Role Overview
You are not a call-center agent but a strategic partner to our users.
Your goal: ensure customers understand and come to love our features and product.
Process Architect: you analyze where customers get stuck and build solutions (together with our developers and AI tools) that permanently reduce support needs.
Onboarding & Consulting: you guide new customers (architects, site managers, construction firms) through onboarding and demonstrate how Flexxter digitizes their processes.
Customer Success: you are proactive. You don’t just wait for questions—you reach out to customers to make sure they’re getting the full value from the software.
Problem Solver: when something goes wrong, you are the first point of contact (via chat, email, or video call) and find fast solutions.
Product Influence: you are the ear to the market. The feedback you collect feeds directly into the development of new features.
Requirements
Digital mindset: you’re excited about new technologies, apps, and AI.
True ownership: you don’t wait for tasks—you see where things need attention and independently put out fires.
Tech affinity: we use Cursor and advanced AI workflows. You should be keen to use these tools to amplify your work.
Communication skills: you strike the right tone—whether you’re speaking with a tech-savvy architect or a pragmatic site manager.
Organized: even when three customers demand things at once, you keep a cool head.
Background: a degree (business administration, civil engineering, architecture, communications) is helpful but not required. Career changers are welcome if you learn quickly.
Language: you speak and write excellent German and have good English skills.
