Develop and implement integrated sales and promotion strategies tailored to the Middle East market.
Identify and understand audience demographics/psychographics to tailor promotional strategies effectively for the Middle East market.
Work with the creative team to design compelling and localised promotional and branding materials.
Increase awareness of the company's products and services through targeted promotional campaigns.
Ensure that all promotional activities comply with regional regulations and law, working closely with the internal Compliance Officer.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, corporate partners, agencies, internal stakeholders and where necessary partners.
Coordinate with external partners
liaise with media outlets, advertising agencies, and other external partners to negotiate contracts and media buys.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute promotional materials and events.
Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage the promotion budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Provide regular reports on promotional activities and their impact on sales and brand awareness.
Requirements
Successful completion of the required CMA examinations, including (1) UAE Financial Rules and Regulations, and (2) International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management, Level 3.
No pending examinations, exemption requests, extensions, or conditional approvals.
Bachelor’s degree (university certificate) and minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in financial analysis, financial markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning; or Diploma or lower qualification and minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in the same fields.
All academic and professional qualifications must be fully completed, certified, attested and, where applicable, equivalised or recognised in the UAE.
Previous or current approval by the CMA as a Promotion Manager or other approved person is a strong advantage.
Clear criminal record and no adverse regulatory, disciplinary, sanctions, bankruptcy, or fitness and propriety concerns.
Demonstrated understanding of the regulatory perimeter applicable to promotion and introduction activities, including restrictions on investment advice, execution, client onboarding, client money handling, custody, and trading account management.
Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken preferred.
