Junior Accounts Receivable Representative – Insurance Billing

Role Overview

• Support customers and insurance professionals through payment-related communication and account coordination in a fully remote environment
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to unpaid invoices and account support
• Collect payments from homeowners and insurance companies
• Assist customers with invoice questions, payment updates, and account inquiries
• Document customer communication and account updates across multiple CRM systems
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities
• Support account resolution efforts through professional and timely communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and payment processing
• Contribute to a positive and efficient remote team environment

• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to think independently and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using multiple CRM systems and software platforms
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated while working remotely
• Customer service, call center, administrative, or accounts receivable experience preferred
