Role Overview
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with product selection
- Ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers
- Maintain product knowledge
- Follow compliance to all firearm rules and regulations
- Ensure proper completion of required paperwork for firearms sales
- Sell merchandise and provide demo of technical features
- Replenish stock and maintain merchandise presentation
- Process payments and maintain sales records
- Perform price changes and set promotions
- Conduct daily count of on-site firearms
- Follow policies regarding Loss Prevention and safety standards
- Will be required to work weekends
Requirements
- Ability to read, comprehend and explain product literature
- Ability to count, subtract, multiply, and divide for stocking and inventory purposes
- Knowledgeable in firearms
- Ability to routinely lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous retail merchandising experience (preferred)
- Current Seller ID per FFL (preferred)
