About this role
Role Overview
Monitor client files and handle pre-installation administrative tasks
Ensure invoices are sent and track payments
Collect client availability and schedule compliance/site visits
Inform and assist clients with post-installation procedures
Manage incoming emails and customer feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) completed or in progress
Specialization in Administrative Management, Sales Administration (ADV), or Project Management
Excellent communicator: strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, logical thinking, and strong organizational skills
Proactive and able to work independently
