Role Overview
- Administrative management prior to site work and client file follow-up
- Centralize and assemble complete client files
- Issue deposit invoices and monitor payments
- Manage interactions with the National Committee for the Safety of Electricity Users (Consuel)
- Maintain client communication in writing and by phone
- Manage incoming email flows and forward information to internal teams
- Contribute to the creation of documentation to standardize work protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) holder or currently completing one
- Specialization in Administrative Management, Sales Administration (ADV) or Project Management
- Excellent communicator: strong written and verbal communication skills
- Rigor, logical thinking and excellent organizational skills
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
