Manages and oversees the audit coordination process
Leads and assigns tasks to Compliance Support Specialists
Trains new employees in audit procedures and systems
Conducts, coordinates, organizes, and schedules internal and external audits
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection
Manages and maintains audit documentation, including tracking findings
Serves as the primary liaison between auditors and internal stakeholders
Analyzes audit results to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
Develops, tracks, and supports corrective action plans based on audit findings
Communicates audit results and recommendations to management
Prepares audit reports and statistical trend analyses
Participates in special reviews and initiatives to enhance customer experience
Stays current on regulatory changes through ongoing training and professional development

High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or managing loan audits in the financial services industry
Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
U.S. Citizenship required (per contract requirements)
Ability to obtain and maintain a 5C Suitability clearance
Leadership and team management
Knowledge of regulations and audit processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of applicable regulations, including TCPA, SCRA, FCRA, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) guidelines
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to various levels of management
Effective facilitation and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
